My bus was at 11.30 I contacted Laxmi holidays on both there numbers. They answered my call after almost dialling 50 times, I asked them around 11 pm to provide driver/ conductor number, which they did not give. I told them I will reach around 5 minutes late. They told me that they can wait 5 minutes not more than that and they will call me before starting the bus. I reached at 11.33 pm but they left without me without any call. They did not stop the bus even on pleading and gave my seat others.

Bad experience with laxmi travels. Conductor behaviour is very bad. Allowed the locals to sit in the bus as the bus is already full. Also charged double money. Never book with laxmi travel.
