Worst service provider. They change boarding point just 40 minutes before boarding time to a place which is 22 km away from actual boarding point. And upon argument about it, they promise to refund the bus fare within 24 hours . Later on since past 10 days , neither have they refunded the bus fare not are they responding to the mail or complaint at toll free number. Unprofessional approach towards handing customer problem and their words are full of lies.

This is such a poor and useless bus service. Those who cancel the bus on the spot and have different dramas to get the refund. It has been 10 days since I canceled my booking but till now the refund has not been given from these poor service people. First take their useless service and then call them again and again. Recall that my refund is pending.

Horrible experience! The boarding time was changed thrice to more than 3 hours later of the original time. Bad service. Not even refunding the amount. Will never use again.

Worst service by City land travels. They have cancelled by booking half an hour ago since Boarding time with a breakdown reason at Dehradun Delhi route. But the actual reason was that the seats were not fully occupied as it so. Advice to not to travel with it while you are having urgency. Worst service....

The service is redisculus. The bus arrived one hour late and also dropped me 30 minutes late . It ruined my plans for the visit. It costs me badly. My proposed meeting has been missed due the delay and avoidable circumstances provided by the bus facilitator. I can't the words to tell how worst service provided. The minus star rating should be there if someone wants. Overall I want componsate for this. Please provide me my bucs refund. Should have update the punctuality and embience of the bus.

A very bad experience with City land travels. Firstly a Very bad behaviour of staff. Then Our bus broke down on the way. So the bus workers told us that whoever is in a hurry can book a taxi and go. We Just don't know how long it will take to recover. There is no backup from City Land travels. I had to come only after booking a taxi, for which I had to pay Rs 1700 separately.
