I tried 4 times on different days to get a ride, but the app never got me a ride. Each time I saw lots of taxis on the street but the app said there weren't any. It suggested I predetermine a tip and I choose the highest tip available. Then a taxi would start to come to me. However the car would pickup someone who flagged it down & never came and got me. I had to flag down a non-BiTaksi cab eventually and missed my appointments. This app is worse than useless.

Simmilar to Uber but taxi service only. The taxi driver get to choose to pick your request or not. The app doesn't show final price at the end of the trip - confusing. Also, failed to process credit card i have added to the app. The taxi driver able to communicate with you through the app and request higher fee then app estimate. You can cancel your trip with this driver, but difficult to find cancel button. Then order a different ride.I like that i could leave a feedback on each driver.

Extremely unreliable. Cab drivers call you and ask you to cancel yourself because they don't want to come, then if you cancel on ur own, the app charges your credit card. Most of the time you wait for a long time and drivers cancel. U just get stuck in middle of street. It's Extremely bad app. Drivers are horrible. There's no customer service. I reach out many times send message to customer service on app, nobody ever responds. The whole system is freaking irresponsible.

Scam The taxi drivers are either cancelling the ride when they see you are a foreigner or contact you through the messaging system and ask for a much higher price (* 4-5 what the app is displaying) Tried to get a taxi 5 times, it happened every time. Maybe it goes differently for locals(?) Wouldn't recommend the app to anyone. Public transport are better, cheaper, more reliable.

The app concept is excellent though it gives some errors but works after retrying, BUT BEWARE MANY DRIVERS ARE SCAMMERS! They will try to take a longer route due to it being faster or to avoid tolls which are mostly cheap but they will say like it's 500+ lira, or they may start with a non-zeroed taximete. Also, you should know that the driver is the one who puts the trip fare at the end so pay attention to the meter beforehand. It's just better to agree before any trip about the fare and route.

Scam.AVOID AT ALL COST. This is an app that promotes scamming practices from drivers in Istanbul. I recently had a terrible experience where I was charged 760 TL (about £20) for a 10 minute ride to the airport while the day before I was charged only 320 TL. More than double! This isn't all. I processed my payment through my debit card and the system DID NOT recognise the payment and I was forced to pay AGAIN while being pushed by the driver and a phone agent to pay again. £40 and NO refund yet!
