This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Feeto Bistro Engage on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. The objective of Feeto Bistro Engage is to enable bars, cafes, bakeries and restaurants to engage with customers real-time, gather actionable intelligence to enhance customer service & satisfaction.
Restaurants can use Feeto Bistro Engage to get feedback from guests & run loyalty programs. This intelligence is critical to assess customer satisfaction and assess each restaurant staff on their customer service. Improving customer service and making restaurant staff more professional is a Key Success Factor in Food & Beverage industry.
In case, the customer feedback is not positive, Feeto Bistro Engage immediately sends a SMS notification to the branch manager to attend to the customer.
Feeto Bistro automatically sends customized messages to customers on their special events. In case, the last purchase at the restaurant was earlier than 15 days/30 days/60 days/90 days, Feeto Bistro Engage automatically sends customized messages/ promotions to restaurant customers. This helps to increase repeat sales and customer binding to the restaurant.
Feeto Bistro can be fully customized with restaurant logo. It supports advertisement banner as well. The feedback questions may be star, rating, multiple choice, yes/no or text type. The feedback questions can be customized by the respective restaurant admin from Feeto Bistro admin panel.
