booked appointment through app, got confirmation email, arrived at barbershop and was told i didn't have an appointment and that i could wait 3 hours if i wanted to and that "sometimes the app just doesn't work"

Total garbage.

App doesn't work. Tried to make an appointment for 2pm, showed 2pm through
the whole process, and then at the end it showed 3pm as the final
appointment time. Thought maybe I made a mistake so I cancelled that
appointment and tried again with the same result. Please don't tell us on
your phone message to use your app when it doesn't work!

If the app ever worked before, it doesn't work now. Keeps crashing before
an appointment can be registered. 2 Stars b/c it at least lists nearby
locations, so it does something, but only something so simple that a Google
search can fulfill the exact same purpose.

Used to work ok. Now it just says it can't find any stores near me and to
show either Houston or Austin locations... However I can't select either or
get any further in the app.
