If I could rate this lower I would. Had these things for over a year. Worked fine when I got them, within a few weeks the app dropped all connection and has never worked again. Just burn your money if you're thinking of buying one. Put new batteries in, uninstalled the app hoping after a year of not using it, maybe it would work. Same damn thing. Waste of money.

When the app works right it is great! The first month I had it no issues. Now, I spend the same amount of time looking for my items due to disconnection issues. It will not stay connect for more than 2 hours. I keep everything on that the app requires and it is constantly disconnecting. I've had my foundmi for about 2 months. Since the last update 10.11.18 my foundmi will not sync with my phone.

Loved the app when I had a single item to track. Then I added two new ones and linked one to an iPod. I accidentally re-linked the iPod one to my Android. Fixing this was difficult as I had to remove the FoundMis from my account, logout of both devices, then relink to the correct devices. Please add an easier "de-link" feature! Also, an "order my cards" capability so I can put my most often used FoundMi first would be amazing.

I was initially very impressed with this app and the key chains. However, after the last update, I could no longer log into my account and when I finally changed my password (after 2 attempts), my key chains were all missing and the app won't let me re-pair them. I'm very upset, as I now have 3 unusable $25 key chains

The concept is great, but ive6come across a few problems. For about an hour after I've opened the app I get a notification (or 2) every few minutes to tell me the app is running. The other problem then is when the app hasn't been opened in the last while I can't use my keyring to find my phone. I want to love it, but it's got problems

When it is connected, it works great! However, it spends more time disconnected and unable to reconnect than connected. I even try to reconnect when I leave one wifi area and enter another. It is a cute ,expensive keychain. I contacted customer service when I first bought it, they did not respond. I contacted customer service when the app prompted me to, they did not respond. One of my emails was finally responded to,over a year of emails later-it is outside their warranty period.
