It took seven telephone calls to know that i may visit Dhakuria unit of Amri tomorrow for Prostate screeing package as the same is not in the apps and the Dhakuria unit was transferring my calls here there even when i refd Dr Amitava Mukherjee's prescription !

Online appointment does not work. no one in the hospital knows where does this request for appointment goes & who will confirm this request. So the app is bogus.

Great initiative taken by a hospital - Going all customer centric and launching an app. This will surely save a lot of time of the users who had to wait in the queues to register themselves at the hospitals.
