About this app

A través de esta aplicación móvil, el médico de familia tiene acceso al protocolo de actuación ante distintas situaciones de urgencias vitales que, de manera esporádica, suele encontrarse en el centro de salud. Para ello, el sistema plantea una serie de algoritmos interrelacionados, textos prácticos, imágenes fijas y vídeos que guían al clínico durante la intervención al paciente. En apenas un minuto el médico puede revisar cada paso antes de ejecutar la acción.

En esta aplicación se describen las siguientes urgencias vitales: parada cardiorrespiratoria, arritmias, edema agudo de pulmón, síndrome coronario agudo, reacción alérgica grave, insuficiencia respiratoria, ictus, coma, hipoglucemia, convulsiones, intoxicaciones, agitación y politraumatismos. Además de añadir la farmacopea básica, se detallan los diferentes procedimientos típicos de estas urgencias: cricotiroideotomía, desfibrilación, intubación, marcapasos transcutáneo, oxígenoterapia y toracostomía.
