Ứng dụng tệ ! Xe ở khoảng cách mấy chục mét không đón được khách, xe ở xa cả km thì vẫn nhận được điểm đón khách ( nên ưu tiên xe gần nhất được nhận ). Với app này khách phải chờ xe lâu hơn do lái xe ung dung đến điểm không lo bị xe khác đón ( đón khách nhanh là lợi thế của Taxi Sao Mai ). App thường xuyên tự hiện trên màn hình mà không tự tắt được gây hao pin rất nhanh. Việc chỉ sử dụng được trên android làm người sử dụng phải tốn thêm một khoản đầu tư nếu đang sử dụng hệ điều hành khác ( lãng phí, tốn kém, máy rẻ tiền thì tốc độ sử lý chậm không nhận kịp điểm ) v..v.... (Không nên để lái xe lúc nào cũng ôm khư khư cái điện thoại để bấm nhận điểm đầu tiên).
