App worked fine for a few months last year until an update caused me to need to login anytime i clicked on anything. The login problem eventually got resolved but now, since an update earlier this year, the app will not open and run. App starts to load, shows splash screen, long wait, app crashes. Totally useless for me...

Winn-Dixie is my preferred grocery store, but the app is awful! There is always a delay when I need to use it, no matter which device I use. I have 3 android devices with the app installed, and it loads slowly on all of them. Unfortunately you have to use the app to get the most out of the savings that Winn-Dixie offers. Please fix this app.

The average person carries their phone in their purse or pocket. In order to use this app, you have to use two factor authentication. Become a modern App and allow fingerprint and/or facial recognition to log in. Nothing is more frustrating than having problems receiving a code and logging into the app when cell phone coverage isn't strong. Even further, trying to get on your wifi is another joyous effort. WHY? Stop the ridiculousness!

Can't make a shopping list. I opened it, went to "list" & that huge "scan at checkout" bar is over the plus sign i need to touch to actually add things to my list and i can't get rid of it. Who thought that was a good idea?It should be simply on the tge side or at LEAST have the ability to be hidden. Can't actually shop the store like other grocery apps. It's just a way to keep up with rewards. Nice but say that. Most grocery apps incorporate rewards and actual shopping now.

For a big company that forces you use an app for their rewards, etc...THIS APP SUCKS! Constantly crashes. It is super slow. I've been unable to use it at checkout due to these issues and just said, forget it. Then I updated it and it was even worse. Now I have to log in EVERY time I use it, which is annoying. It doesn't recognize my info half the time and says the email or phone number "doesn't exist." Truly one of the worse apps I've ever had to use. Hey Winn-dixie, please fix this app!

It's pretty difficult to use and navigate, and it's kind of confusing. To search for stuff in the store, you have to go to your lists, click on one of your lists, press a "plus" button to add things, THEN search. Frankly, Wal-Mart has a better app than this. The homescreen is the easiest thing to understand, and it's still a little confusing. The app could be quite a bit more navigable. It feels like they just programmed the most basic app they possibly could to save money on an app dev.
