GREAT for cheaply commuting and, if needed, getting a start towards being more active. Newer bikes (grey large frames) are a HUGE step up. Black format "old bikes" definitely look better during the day- be careful at night (they DO have a flashing tail light but..... just be wary of others quite possibly not being aware of you).

Great app but missing atlo of points and money

TERRIBLE connectivity, I had rides quit on me spontaneously with no refund or resolution from customer service. They will also threaten you with fines for parking at a biketown rack if they think too many bikes are there.

BIKETOWN consists of a fleet of specially designed, sturdy and durable electric bikes that can be locked at any BIKETOWN station or bike rack throughout the city. Bike share is a greener, healthier way to get around — whether you’re commuting, running errands, meeting friends, or exploring in a new city.

The BIKETOWN App gives you access to hundreds of bikes in your area — unlock and pay directly from the app and get going.

The BIKETOWN App also shows upcoming public transit departures, including train lines, local buses, and streetcars.
