It was totally a disappointment. Choose another company! There is no information through the app how many minutes one has used or remains, no info if your bike is in use or not. Neither gives any other details. Twice, couldn't find any bikes at stations that functions properly or doesn't have any problem some of them had flat tires, some chains broken, another the ring was broken. And I had the tourist 4h card for 8€, must be used in 24h. When I noticed the tire wasn't fully pumped, i wanted to change the bike. After dropping one, I couldn't pick up another one even the bike was picked up in the midday, and i only used it, only 30mins, afternoon I faced this experience. I called the customer service to see, if my hours are covered, maybe I had Problem with parking the bike, even it seemed all set well, the number of CS didn't work.. It's definitely a money trap, especially the tourist card. Terrible experience.

Excellent in its simplicity. Opens straight to a map showing either bikes or places available at each bike stand, without unnecessary splash screens or useless extra features. This is just how I hoped someone would do it. If only my bank would design such a simple, useful app!
