Day pass is useless unless you can manage to find a station every 45 minutes. If you can't redock it after 45 minutes charges start adding up at $3 every 30 minutes. So unless you just plan on getting from station A to Station B these things are pointless. If you want to rent a bike for a day youre better off using one of the local bike rentals thatll charge $15 a day, give you helmets, and let you pick out what kind of bike you want so you're not stuck with these heavy and clunky pieces of junk

This is a fake copy of the official bike sharing app, titled "Official RVA Bike Share" in the play store. You've been warned.

I was a little shocked at how many reviews this has after a year (only 5 at
the time of this review) as well as the low level of the reviews making me
a little dubious when I went to sign up. First off the app although not the
most user friendly worked fine (no explanation of pricing in the account
set up when I tabbed out to research and tabbed back I had to start all
over gopass $1.75 per trip, daypass $6 unlimited trips btw). No stations at
VMFA, Maymont, or Carytown, and only 45 minutes to get docked or $3 late
fees start stacking every 30 minutes (even with a daypass) make this a bad
option IMO for an alternative way to site see and brewery hop, I guess if
you need to get somewhere, you want fresh air, and the place you are and
the place you want to go happen to be near stations it's a good option.
