The app wasnt very clear on directions. My buddy was using an iphone and he had a difference view than I did to reserve his bike. Locating the nike number coulve been more clear. Aloowing the bike to stay unlocked longer than 5 seconds wouldve been helpful when first reserving. It locked real quick and we were both concerned that we lost our ride. Fortunately we just needed to swipe to unlock the bike again. The power assistance is very noticeable but not in a bad way. It just caught us off guard

My dad had 130 dollars used off of his card from some dude on Amazon in Washington yesterday after I tried using his card to rent a bike. On top of that, even when I tried to rent the bike, it was saying there was an error every time I put in the card info. Point being, DO NOT get this app.

I had the same issue someone else mentioned. Entering your credit card gets you "general error" and just bounces you back to the credit card page.
