App is very easy to use. My first ride took a couple minutes to figure out the unlocking process but the instructions in the app helped guide me. Only downside is there is a similar app out of Boston called "Blue Bikes" that 4 people around me had already downloaded and paid before realizing it was the wrong app.

Absolutely terrible and useless app unfortunately. Wouldn't accept CC info, nor would it accept my username and password even though I had just created them. I now see why the 2.6 stars rating is in place.

Account creation doesn't work. I keep getting a "General Error" popup message after entering credit card details.
