Baltimore deserves better. App is glitchy, bikes are glitchy and often have issues, and if you live on the fringes of the network, bikes are rarely available when you need them. I feel they got my yearly membership by misrepresenting what the system was going to be like.

This is one sorry app. During step 1 of registration it kept getting an error which turned out to be caused by a single space after my first name. Then i was unable to complete step 2 because i didn't have a promo code to put in the promo code field which resulted in "Error, please fill in all the fields." Whoever developed this app needs to find a different line of work.

The app functionally useless. Not can I not updated my credit card information without it crashing, but the app is unable to locate any of its own bikes. I'd love to use the bike share, but you've gone out of your way to make that impossible.

Unlocking a bike through the app is so spotty. Constant issues and not as reliable as the key fab they provide.
