Super easy to use. Love that it can automatically find where I am, so super useful for when I'm traveling. This service is not always available everywhere I go, but when it is, I'm delighted! Realized that each market is owned by a different franchisee and not by one big corp after calling support about an order. No wonder service has always been great everywhere I go. Please keep adding new cities!

A week ago Od have given the app 5 stars, but some things have changed. It's confusing now and the search and filter features are useless. It us not mobile friendly at all right now.

Great service! App needs some help. Facebook login option doesn't always appear, pages don't load at times, missing fields and no explanation for some pages (i.e. how do I earn rewards?, how do I do a group order and set up Office Order Field?) Love the order tracking map and text updates as well as a phone call if they have a question about your order or if running behind. Drivers are friendly and prompt. I have at least 7 times more restaurants to choose from than other services in the area and usually most places don't deliver to my location. Would like to see more coupons or specials.

The app doesn't allow for different delivery address from your billing if using a debit or credit card. It will give a pre-authorization charge (that will later fall off) but the option needs to be made available for people ordering at work.

I was a first time user, and it was super easy, even for an old chick like
me. I couldn't order what I wanted, so I called the restaurant and told
them what I really wanted...Mytown2go called and got the price fixed and
the order right...(cause I did it wrong as usual) and they still got it
here super fast and it was still warm.! I have traveled 2000 miles this
week and was grateful for their help!

Decent for ordering large orders 2 hours in the future.. pointless for one person ordering delivery
