The service is always at least an hour behind when they say they will deliver. By that time the food is ice cold and usually wrong as well. There is a local option for Lexington. Always use that over this service.

Using a Samsung galaxy s5. App doesn't show any restaurants in the Search Restaurants section with no other evident way to order. No different once I created an account, which I generally avoid doing. Quite disappointing.

I've had my ordered canceled twice in the last 8 months. I've placed the order *in time* but these people don't call the in my order into the restaurant before it closes. The order gets confirmed on my phone via text, but an hour later when I'm expecting my order to be DELIVERED, I get a phone call instead that places all the blame on the restaurant though clearly the blame is with this company dropping the ball. guess it's better that I didn't pay your ridiculously high service fees to get cold food anyway

I've placed 2 orders with Takeout Taxi. Both easy to order, great update texts on status and friendly on time delivery. It said an hour and it took an hour, just a little under on 1st order. Delivery is friendly and polite. I will use again and get all my friends and family to look at. Ordered from Rafferty 's both times and food was delicious! Steak cooked perfect and still hot.

Before you buy anything through them make sure you go to the restaurants menu to see actual price of food they have doubled everything or not updating prices on top of tip and delivery fee and tax
