The app is super easy to use, and I don't use anyone else but Food Precinct! The only thing I don't like about the app is that you have to sign in every time you go to use the app, instead of being able to stay signed in after using it. Also, thought I should let you guys know that your "about the app" description still says you only serve the Kokomo area, even though you guys have branched out (thank goodness for that!).

They sometimes run late during the busier hours but it is worth it. They are super fast and friendly otherwise. Only suggestion I have is that some of menus are not complete. Taco Bell in particular, is missing quite a few items from it's menu.

First time using and my food is over 45 minutes late. App does not show real time updates and customer service is never available. Worst food app I have ever used. Would not recommend download or use.

You guys raised almost all of the restaurant/fast food delivery fees to $5.99 when you used to have partnered restaurants at a discounted delivery fee and some with no delivery fee. The service and app is great, but the delivery fee almost doubles the purchase. A $8 order a couple months ago is now $15. That's not including tipping the driver.
