Don't like that I can't see my tickets and have to download the app to show the QR code. Will be uninstalling asap. Unfortunately it's the venues ticketing platform. Plus 8$ commission? That's insane and quite misleading. Prices should include everything if there is no way to get rid of the surcharge (if other companies do it it doesn't mean it's ok).

The support staff were so wonderful and helpful with me. I asked for a refund because I had bought tickets to a 21+ event without realizing it (I'm 20) and they went above and beyond to help me with the venue who refused to contact me. They responded quickly and wonderfully. I'm 100% a loyal customer with them now.

First they say that if you don't want to use the app, you can find your tickets on their site. That's a lie. Then you open the app, and it still won't let you access your tickets until you're "closer to the door" of the event. I just want to view my ticket and avoid ANOTHER data harvesting app. Let me take the risk of exposing my QR code.

This is the worst app I have ever seen. I will never be going to a show with this app attached to it. It forces you to install this app on your phone. And forces you to transfer tickets to people to their phones and forces them to install the app. For us security-conscious types, this is absolutely unacceptable. It is painfully obvious that they sell your information for a profit in exchange for lower ticket prices. As soon as I go to the show. I will be uninstalling this app.

Big Neon forces you to download their garbage app to access tickets you purchased, instead of sending you an email or QR code like normal and honest companies. Uninstalled the app immediately, as it's only purpose is to relentlessly spam you with ads and sell your data to third parties.

This app is extremely expensive!!!! I do not advise buying tickets from these people. I guarantee you, you will find tickets elsewhere way less expensive... Almost HALF the price elsewhere.. These are the worse kind of people/business a consumer could ever deal with. The type that make their products or whatever any type of vendor or business sells sooo high just so they can out-sell their competition. DEFINITELY do your research before purchasing anything from this place....
