If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Created an account through the utility's web site, then I found this app online and downloaded it. Tried to log in and it told me I needed to register for an account when I clearly already had one. There's a disconnect between the app and the site which seems weird to me because they should be the same data. Ottawa Hydro, I don't know if you read these reviews, but you need to look into this. What's the point of having an app if you can't log into it?

App won't let me login and says I'm not registered even though through the browser says I'm logged in and I can access my dashboard fine. Would have loved to access my power usage through mobile app solution, hopefully this issue of using Google's login can be fixed

Won't let me log in. Keeps telling me my email is not registered, although I'm logged in fine on my browser. If I attempted to re-register, tells me my email is registered (as it is).

Its not in english. There is no option to change language. Only advetised as english app. Contacted app developer but no results.
