Poor support experience. App doesn't work in many phone models esp the newer ones. Development team unable to commit on fixing bugs faced by congregation almost a year. Wasn't after very complex requests. Just asking for your journal feature to work properly and support common phone models. Very disappointing after using app for almost a year without any progress.

App worked fine in the past. Now the screed just goes blank (white) and nothing ever loads. Happens on both my Samsung 9+ and my wife's Note.
