This app sucks! I tried to sign up and it wont let me sign up. When I try to sign up, I click the register button and it keeps loading. It never goes to the next page to finish my registration. So for now I'm giving this app 1 star. I will change it to 5 stars, if I can get some help and it actually work.

Cant register. Keeps saying unable to load. My daughters father has been upstate over 9 years. She has only communicated with him a few times. And she would love something like this but the app is not working.

There has never been anything available to help thw kids keep in touch with their parents grandparent. it has made a difference when my grandaughters has no other contact with thier mom except for ..lives at a time when the only contact was the thrue your app. I TOTALLY

Can't see sent items. Literally, app let's you send a letter and up to 20 pics, free. Some pics were received the size of a penny. Took about a full week to receive
