You have to take it back to the drawing board - the app is broken and unfinished. It's very unreliable; you have to press many buttons at least twice; sometimes it won't unlock the bike so you have to close the app, etc. Many many problems. And running up do date Android 11.

Still very broken after over a year in production. Terrible experience with the bike locks not locking/unlocking. Bought a new ticket today and I couldn't even unlock the bike. Just got "something went wrong, try again later"
