I tried four bikes tonight. The first one wouldn't respond when I pressed the button. The next two wouldn't unlock even though they were at full battery and docked. The last one unlocked, but the brakes were hashed (almost got bucked off a couple times) and the front tire was flat so it was unusable. Stay far away from this, it could not possibly be worse.

App was easy enough to use. But when we showed up at the station where there were 12 bikes and only three showed they were operational on the screen. We paid for those three and then noticed one was missing the chain completely. And on another the kickstand wouldn't stay up. So out of 12 bikes, one worked well enough to use. Pathetic.. We.had to go to another station to find more. Of the four bikes we ended up with, one had crooked handlebars, and on another the e-assist engagement was sketchy. If a maintenance person would just ride these bikes for 1 minute periodically they would know how bad they are. What good does it do to know there are 12 bikes at a station of only one might work? Maintain your bikes people. If you do use the service, check the bikes over completely before unlocking.

I'm only a few days in after buying a monthly pass to use your system as a way to get around park city and I'm already hitting problems. If it's no bikes at a station it's none of the bikes will allow me to take them out. It'll say all the bikes are in an invalid state. Today I took a bike and since the Kearns station was full of bikes, I had to ride all the way back to catch a bus again. Kind of defeats the purpose of taking the bike in the first place. You need to work on your system.

Have had to call customer service every time we try to use the app to get help unlocking bikes. Seems to be a combination of mechanical bike issues, bikes not being operational (yet showing in the app they are) and s/w app issues. Overall, after using 3-4 times I can conclude this is not a reliable system overall. L An update as the app quite working so I tried removing and reinstalling and it will no longer work at all. We tried calling the Customer Service phone number at the kiosk-no luck.

Was very apprehensive to try this based on user reviews. We needed an extra bike to do the poison creek trail. Walked up, unlocked first bike first try, and were off. Bike was super fast. Had a blast. Returned it no problem, and it cost less than $10. A bike store in PC would have cost six times that for a non electric bike.

The app allows you to walk from location to location only to find out that the bikes are in an invalid state. If they're in an invalid state, don't show them is available!!
