Bike charges are not what you are lead to believe. You have to actually read the very fine print. There are no in app explanations and the website that "explains" everything is intentionally unclear.

App is taking 20£ insurance for the bike for 30 days on free membership in the moment of putting the details of the card. There is no information about it, only in agreement sheet. This make a customer to make a decision of spending 20£ without knowing about this fact. Provider should include this kind of information prior. Instantly as customer I didn't even use their services, with this kind of customer treatment as company you will only loose customers.

Found it impossible to get back into the app once exited. Would not recognise credentials. 4 different people on 4 different phones tried. Ended up getting a taxi.

Does this app even work? Wouldn't recognise my login, tried to reset it and no response. This app has taken private information but won't let me back in. Is Forth Nike App a scam? As for the bikes never been able to ride one!
