Worst experience do not go for it, they appoint their partner who didn't turn up neither thy pic your call nor their partner , my appointment was neither reschedule nor I have cancelled and thy have marked it as complete I have even called them and even sent mail but no response and also the contact no given is of no use they will not respond. If u have time to waste only thn go for it otherwise don't go for it. Very very bad handling please don't go for it.

Poor pathetic experience zero ratings. They dont value their customers' time and keep on making false promises. They promise you to provide the best of services but do not update you in time regarding their unavailability so that you are left empty handed and cant book from some other salon too.They dont provide timely updates and their attendants are pathetic and arrogant too. Not even worth trying. Wasted my time Thankfully i did not make online payment.

Don't depend on them...they cancel the appointment from their end without informing you...had a worst experience.. nobody came on time. after calling up 50 times they say said sorry for the inconvenience...

I have been trying to reach from so long for the Modifications in the order placed, since app does not have any option to modify my order. But I have been unable to reach either by phone number or whatsapp or email for that matter. No response from BeU.

It's a pathetic app and service are so low level. These people don't even answer and revert back to calls. I have made an order 12 days back and I'm trying to reach out to them and no one even bothered about it. Even the application is also not working. Shameful!!!
