I need help to use beurer velvet skin pro, i bought this device last week and charged 2 hours before first season but after using it 10 minutes device became OFF, when i press ON button device become ON but for some seconds, after that it become OFF again. Please help me to resolve this issue.

What is the point of this app if it does not notify you when you should take the next treatment? I have all my notifications on and my calendar set but it failed two times in a row to let me know that it is time for the next one.

This app cannot use as tracker for schedule the treatment day. I cannot modify the treatment day and required to open app while using IPL.
