Absolute TRASH. Works when it wants to. Authentication app is garbage! I am lucky if im able to log into this during the day at all. Always says I'm not in an authorized location . Absolute headache. Customer service are useless. Anyway. All negative comments/reviews about this app are correct. Trust the many reviews. It's not your phone or computer problem. It's a service app problem that which they are not correcting.

Same problems as everyone else.... It freezes. I installed it, created an account, made a bet, and left it. Came back a while later and everything is frozen. I got logged out and when I go to log in again, it blips, and a blank rectangular bar appears under the credentials bars. I can't get past the login screen. So I shut down the app, reopened, and now I just get the spinning wheel and Bet365 splash page. Garbage. Using a Samsung S22

How does this app have a positive review score? They have to be paying for reviews. Every single time I open this app and log in, the main navigation menu where you switch between sports is completely frozen and unresponsive. I have to force quit the app, log in a second time, and only then will it work. Every time. It's an awful experience.

Overall this sports book is fairly reasonable with the odds. Can't complain. My gripe and the reason my review is only 3 stars has to do with an issue with the app itself. Every time I log in for the first time of the day or even if it has been a few hours in between, the app freezes and you have to restart the app and log in all over again, which is aggravating to say the least. I'm not sure if this is just an Android issue, but the fact that no one has noticed this yet is quite alarming.

Extremly frustrating to use. Im using a s22 ultra and your app CONSTANTLY freezes when i open it. Im sure this has resulted in quite a few " misses " as i like to call them. Everytime i open the app i have to shut it down and open it again just to view live sports or future games. You need to fix this immediately. Unacceptable. I can always take my money elsewhere.

Quite possibly the worst functioning app I have ever downloaded. I can't open it without having to restart it at least once to allow it to function properly. Took a break from it for 8 or 9 months so they could sort out the kinks. Updated today and it is still plagued by the same issues.
