I have downloaded this app, attempted to use it with no success, deleted the app and re-downloaded so many times that I stopped counting after the tenth time. If there was any way that I could give negative stars, this app certainly would be where you would find them. Every time I go to use it, I have to just go to the website. Totally RIDICULOUS!!!

App does not reflect your true status and points. Very deceiving. It may show your reservations but does not show any accrued points. Better to use the web version. This app is disappointing. You can't do anything from it without it directing you to the web. It's useless. I have uninstalled it and will use the web version going forward.

This is one of the most frustrating apps I use. As a traveler, we prefer to stay with Best Western, but the app is ultra buggy and doesn't work 1/2 the time. I am Diamond status with the hotel, and the app says I'm Blue (first level). It does show the correct points. I wish this app worked better. Most times it's easier to just call the property and book than use the app.

Useless! Can't ever log in! I keep getting a timeout notice and when I log in, if it even takes me to the log in screen, just tells me my password is wrong. My points and rewards never show up. and the weird thing is that I can book rooms with the app, apparently not logged in, all day long. So I can spend my money but get no "rewards". This is a terrible, useless, app!

Tends to require you to log out and log back in too much to get your updated points. Navigation of reward status dubious. Hotel finding is within acceptable tolerances but because some franchisees don't take best western rewards gift cards and there's no filter for THAT, be prepped for awkward conversations in an emergency.

Ok folks I got one for you I just tried to log in and it said invalid user name and password ,that's funny I was just logged in and last week it showed me an amount of points today it was less points and just for info everyone ,in order for the points to be refreshed ,must log out and log back in and wait at least 5 days after your stay to see your reward points
