The app shows several locations to park however when you click on that location it says reservations are not available therefore you cannot move forward why does it even show locations and dollar amounts if there is any parking available?

I had an issue with a prepaid parking garage being out of service due to an elevator breakdown. When I emailed the Best Parking people, I got a quick response. They contacted the garage and refunded my money.
