In the full version you can tag (log) the client to the notes, but the app version, you can't. This makes me have to still carry around my laptop which was what I wanted to not have to do. Other than that it looks pretty functional, but that one feature missing makes the app useless for me.

I use this app everyday. It works well, but has a few draw backs. It is a little limited compared to the full version on my computer, but it does the job.

I believe that Best Notes has one of the better documentation portals in the industry. It's compliance to HIPPA standards have moved the industry to a new level.
