To make children's clothes as above the first step is to take measurements. We can also trace the size of the finished clothes. To facilitate the sewing process, we make a pattern first. The pattern below I made with a standard size convection for children aged 1 to 3 years.

The circumference of the body, which is taken by circling the meter to the body, precisely under the armpit. The size is added by 4 cm.
Waist circumference, taken by wrapping the meter around the waist, and adding the amount as much as 2 cm.
Long back, the measurement starts from the neck which has a segment of bone that protrudes up to the waist.
The width of the back, the measurements are widened on the back, starting from the right arm's shell to the left arm's shell.
The width of the face, the measurement is carried out broadly in the chest, starting from the right arm's shell to the left arm's shell.
Shoulder length, the measurement starts from the neck to the end of the shoulder.
Circumference of the arm, the measurement is made on the arm hole, and the number is added by 1 cm.
Neck circumference, the measurement is done by wrapping the meter around the neck.
Face length, measurements are made from the neck curve to the waistline,
Arm length, measurements are made from the lowest part of the shoulder to the size of the arm length.
The length of the shirt, the measurement is adjusted to the model that will be made.
After all the ingredients are cut according to the size and pattern of the desired child's clothes, then the next step is to unite them, by applying them and sewing them.
