Dirty hospital app ever. The makers successfully used their brain and time to make it most user unfriendly. Very deficult to use a registered user to use his hospital number. Always need a new registration for booking.

I've booked an appointment for a doctor in Amala Hospital through this app. I got booking confirmation sms and token number as 10. The appointment time was 09.30 AM. And when I reached the hospital, there was no such bookings made there. And the BestDoc agent informed me that I have to book appointments before 24 hours, otherwise booking will not be made. This was not mentioned in the app. #WorstExperienceEver #WorstApp Edit : I'd made the appointment at 05.30AM, consultation starts at 08.00AM

Very bad app. Very difficult to use. It always asks for OP number even for those who taken booking earlier through this app. When searching out pertinent number it always says - server error. Because of this, I always forced to register as a new pertinent.

Booked consultation, got SMS, but booking not placed. I used "Amala Hospital Appointment" app for booking. It shows doctor is not available on date. This app shows doctor is available. So I booked in this app. But they said doctor is on leave and no booking placed. Otherwise app is good and usefull. Keep going and correct the mistakes.
