The app is fantastic for connecting doctors with patients. But only concern with the app is that there is no way we will get a bill for consultation. Hospital won't give as we paid through App. The website or app does not have option to download bill after the payment. Only way is download a booking information, but that does not have sufficient information of payment. This is making it difficult to claim the bill later for reimbursement. They should sent the proper bill to mail id provided.

Most stupid app ever. Before login, this stupid application checks for internet speed which never completes. I had high speed internet then, (confirmed by multiple sources) but this idiot application is not able to compute the internet speed and didnt allow me to login. I had to switch to the browser version but by then Doctor was gone.

Pathetic app. Can't connect or msg doctor on emergency. Even for follow up they need full fees all the time

Hi Team Actually the video consultation not done. First of all I selected the date 2-6-21and got the confirmation for 3-6-21. Second thing the confirmation email got very fastly. Very Good. Need some more improvement in the software or in the coordination team for a better experience. Otherwise there is no use with the app. I get the reconfirmation with 2-6-21 after a call from back end team.

It's very good app especially in this pandemic situation to do consultation with doctors. It's very convenient app as no longer we don't have to visit the hospital and wait for our turn until and unless it's emergency. Its quality is good.

It initially detects our internet speed before allowing us to join in meeting. The video and audio are very clear with this app.
