I have been using this app for over a month now and I have to say it is amazing! What a relief to finally get a blue tooth app for phone calls. Not sure why it has a bad reviews, so I am posting a positive review. I have a Galaxy S10+, phone calls are clear and better then talking hands free. This app always finds my phone every single day when I put aids on. Just purchased Bernafon Alpha 5, the first hearing aid to feature Hybrid Technology so No issues what so ever as far as connection and the app works effortless. The hearing aids I am not quite impressed with for the cost, however the blue tooth technology and sound it offers is excellent. I am going to try the Alpha 7 to see if they are better.

It works for a while but it's really unstable as it just drops out for no obvious reason and then can't find and pair with the hearing aids. My phone and hearing aids are always with me and in use so I can't see why they stop talking to one another. Nothing I am advised to do seems to help - restarting the phone or Bluetooth, reinstalling the app etc so the only thing to do is give up until the next day. Connectivity between hearing aids and phone is good, it's the app that is the problem.

TV-A is a problem. It always at level 14 and should be a level 1. I purchased my Hearing Aids (HA) from Costco. 4 or 5 times now the Bernafon HA had to be replaced by Costco. They constantly having the same issue. Batteries that are bran new are placed in the HA, only minutes later batteries are dead. I have giving Bernafon 5 times to fix this problem. I wish they could stand behind their product and make a good HA that works as they should.

I gave this app 5 stars before the update. No longer. DO NOT UPDATE as the app will no longer link with the hearing aids. Very disappointed!

the find my hearing aid locater is worse than useless ..... my lost hearing aid was less than 1 metre away from my phone and 4 hours later it is still looking for it. the app is not able to revert to the home screen once its in the locater mode. i uninstalled it and will try again when i see my hearing aid clinic. where is the minus stars button located ........ is it near my found hearing aid.
