Edit: THANK YOU, TREVOR! Two of these stars ^^ are yours. Starting with Bluetooth OFF worked for me. You should be on the Electron Wheel support payroll. You've prevented the return of at leat one wheel. The way it worked perfectly first try, I suspect and hope it will work every time. Cant believe this wonderful wheel is allowed to be crippled by this app. I do hope to see some improvement soon. (Check my edit history for the previous, frustrated and disgruntled buyer sentiment.)

For the app to run, I need to disable Bluetooth before starting the app. The wheel is great. I've sent several logs to the manufacturer and they haven't fixed it. The app also works well after I uninstall then reinstall it (each time).

Wheel was great firs thendon't know if it's a defective wheel but 1 week in and nothing but issues , never lived up to what they said it would as far as app wise now for real wheel is failing ! app failed , was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to fix ! Now wheel gives assist but at same time you can hear and feel it basically stop which is dangerous !
