This is the best apo and camera. Had them for over 7 years. I wished they would keep it going. I will miss this camera, use it all year long out my windows to catch all the seasons.

We have had this camera for about a year and never used it (still in the box) Now that we need it to monitor 2 pitbulls in the home while we are away --we are unable to even connect it to the app. Nice and would sure love to be able to use this product that was not cheep when we purchased it and now seems to be useless all because of an app

Having issues with streaming and the camera in general. It's not working, and cannot get anyone to respond from Belkin. I've sent several emails, which appear to be the only way to contact someone here, and have received no response. I've reset, uninstalled, everything I can think of and nothing is working. The camera had always just been mediocre, but now is totally useless. Looking for another brand to purchase today, don't buy this camera, it sucks.

It's just a low quality app. The netcam has a buggy setup process, you need to use a second app to make it do anything useful, you need a third to link it with other belkin devices, then you need and a fourth app to save recordings which for some reason (from what i can see) cannot be local and comes with a subscription fee. It also has issues with reconnection after power failure. Again, it's just a very low quality product.

Software needs a refresh. It has not been updated for at least 2 years! As many users have stated, it is slow and clunky. There should be more options to work with the cameras. Better detection. Notifications should come via the app without having to pay the subscription fee. As of now without the subscription, you can get them by email. Challenge there is a lot of ghost images. Screenshot but nothing to see. Manual says keep away from light (sun). Do better! Update software.
