finding this app has been like finding gem in dust. there are both video and audio sessions...in a practical day by day format. i unreservedly recommend it.

It's a good app, especially for beginners and especially for being free. Generously gives 2 x 30 day courses in the 2 foundational mindfulness traditions of concentration and lovingkindness practice. The tuition is good but personally I find the guiding too strong because they try to squeeze a lot of tuition into 10 minutes (ie too much talking). Just a personal preference, your mileage may vary. 10% Happier and Waking Up are two other great apps with good tuition (both are expensive)

It's very easy and inviting to use. When doing my first meditation the app hung. It took me quite a while to realise that nothing was happening. When I restarted the app, I couldn't fast forward to where I was. I probably won't have the patience to go through it again without a fast forward especially when it might just hang again.

Great app to help build a regular meditation practice. The guided meditations are 10 mins each and are supposed to be done one a day. The instructor is very experienced and the progression well thought of. The app will send you a reminder during the day to help you integrate in every day life. You can even contact the app team for questions, clarifications, they respond quickly. The app only works if you are online but that might be fixed in the new version. Thank you for putting this together, there is a huge amount of work here and not a single ad.
