This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ColorSmart by BEHR® Mobile on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. two huge flaws that would be easy to fix if the developers spent anytime thinking about how the app is used. 1. after identifying a specific color by either name or photo match there is no way to locate that sample in the sea of swatches. Doing so would allow exploring the color space around that specific color. 2. doesn't allow specifying colors by RGB or other color mixing codes. and doesn't provide this information for any selected color. Summary - this app is nothing but a brochure. .

I used to LOVE this app & the associated web app. I could create projects and save favorites to my account. This allowed me to work with colors at home & then access those projects when I got to the store to get paint chips, samples & paint. The app (and web) have eliminated account logins, so now projects only last until cache is cleared. I got a new phone and lost WEEKS of research on colors for my new house.

In the app, I take my photos to upload to try out colors. The photos show no where and the app has no help or settings section to try and fix the issue. Very frustrating.

Trying to find a close color to one of your others yet it appears to be impossible in this app. Also, the back button should not exit the app and should go back to the previous screen.

Not a common sense user friendly app. I took a photo of my house tried to choose a paint color for shutters and it gives me pre chosen swatches of colors bc I I don't have a color card code. Then I can't see the color I was given (via your app) on my shutters.

Colors on screen are no where close to the paint sample cards from the store. Even if I scan the bar codes, the colors don't match
