The app doesn't load up any of the charging points via the scanning QR code or manual entry mode. Wats the point of having these electric charging points at work if they're not gonna work thru an App?!? Sadly no other alternative to charge at work(hopsital) and as it's all private the security team have no idea how to sort it. Frustrating!

Hopeless app and website just as bad. Location info is also not correct, the address given for a local charger is miles away from its actual location. Do you not even know where your chargers are?

It's impossible to stop charging using the app meaning I've twice been stuck at a charging station not being able to retrieve my charging cable. Had to call customer services who then take an age to end the charging process and unlock the cable. Avoid!

No chargers appear on the map. Far too complicated just to get charging with the app. Don't waste your time if you have an alternative.

Poor experience design! If you're turning up and trying to charge using hubsta for the first time, expect to spend 10 minutes trying to sort it. In their desire to save operating costs, they use a direct debit payment method rather than a debit card or payment initiation method. It creates friction when all you want to do is plug in and leave. Suggest the owners of this app look to better examples and do a redesign. I will seriously avoid a hubsta point in future and instead go for a chargemaste

Got registered for the app ok. Scan bar code and got charged ok. Then the difficulty came. You have to go to charge history to stop charging even though this is an active charge unpaid for. The payment method does not allow you to add credit card details although it has published on the charger all cards are ok to pay. Tried to pay on the machine but no card accepted. So you have to have the app to charge but it will not let you pay in it unless you setup a direct debit
