I had pairing issues as well, but this fixed it: First, make sure you have location turned on for your phone, and that this app has access. Second, place the phone on top of the machine's water tank, right next to the screen. It should pair then!

I would echo what others have said. The app does not connect to the machine. I cannot get it to pair at all. I have tried reinstalling the app several times. It immediately says cannot connect Bluetooth. On my phone it says connected but through the app it says connection unsuccessful. Even on the machine it gives the pair code. Pixel 2Xl

I am seeing what others are saying about Bluetooth not staying connected to the machine. To stay connected, I held the "start" button on the Drinkworks for 3 seconds until the menu on the machine came up, which allowed me to use this app to download the latest firmware update for the machine. The only other real issue I had was registering the warranty through the app. I had to call support to register. Other than this, the app is great.

You must enter your info and turn on data sharing to keep bluetooth connected and update firmware. Doesn't pull account details even though you login. Most of the screens in the app just take you to the front page of their website. Aside from firmware upgrade or seeing the actual chiller temp, everyone should avoid this app. It's all about gathering customer data.
