Doesn't work. Hangs on confirmation indefinitely and never actually gets a cab to come. Just call them, Beck is great and the live agent has always been able to get me a cab quickly. And with COVID-19, the prices have been about 25% cheaper than Uber for me, including tip.

I have used this app and found it was great to use. I can prebook my rides which saves me alot of headaches. I have found this app is extremely user friendly.

After I replied to the verification text, nothing happens in the app..it still hangs around the "we sent you a verification text" screen. I've done the process twice now. Useless!!!

current version of the app cannot complete the SMS component of the registration process. the app doesn't grab the number from the recieved SMS, and there's no place for me to enter the code. pixel 3 phone. please fix.

wish it would first choose my one default location I've set before guessing with GPS because GPS is weak by my house always gets it wrong. also it doesn't confirm that a cab is on the way half of the time with app o just look out window and it is waiting 😑

If you are stuck on the confirmation text: respond via text message not the app. Not a great design choice. Hope it helps other users to read this!
