Very slow between different app areas. Checkout link is not touch sensitive enough. It lags a lot. I would love to order through the app, but it needs to be way faster navigation. Looking forward to seeing updates. Otherwise, the items are listed nicely and informative. 7 o/o 10 easy to search. Rather disappointing for a professional business.

More than half the time I try to order, it just sits as pending. The last time I put stuff in my cart it was over a month before the app would let me into my cart to finish the order so I quickly placed it before it locked me out again only for it to once again sit as pending. I have only successfully made 2 orders in the last 8 months.

You don't update regularly, or not to actually help anything or solve issues. This app is worthless and I keep hoping I'll get help and nothing has happened in almost a year. Can't look things up now, which is worse than before, and don't want to use it since it's such a waste of time. Even the stores are never stocked properly. I'm about to switch my business to salon centric only. You guys obviously don't care about us. I'd give you negative stars if I could.

My favorite thing is not being able to view my purchase history especially when I need to catch up on expense reports. I hate this app. Soo many bugs, freezes, lags, don't trust it to purchase items.

Doesn't even allow me into my cart if im trying to purchase something. I tried this app months ago and had the same issue so I Uninstalled it. Thinking it would be better i tried again today with no luck... Completely useless app

Definitely can not use to shop, all of the page's are blank except the page's for booking client's. O see items i would like to shop for via email. As soon as I try the website or app I see nothing.
