Original review below: I've tried contacting Beans And Brews 3 times via the app and their email about an issue I had back in mid November where my reward cash was taken out of my account, but didn't pay for my drink and sandwich. The barista told me to contact corporate, and they'd get me back my $11.90, but I've never heard back. I'm really disappointed in this app, and even more disappointed in the company.

It will store gift card numbers . . . which you have to enter manually, with six-digit PIN, EVERY TIME you use one to pay for an online order. All push notification messages are truncated then disappear when you click on them to see more info. Otherwise a good app with cool coupons and special offers.

App no longer works. Every time I try to open it, it runs for a second and then closes. Very disappointing since I have a free $5 on it & I have $20 worth of points the I lost since I couldnt add them. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but its still the same. Just glad I didnt load any money onto it or I would be screwed out of that too.

As of this last update I have been unable to do anything with my app. It pulls up a list of addresses and asks for my favorite, but when I click "done" nothing happens. I need to scan my receipt, but can't get past that page. Really irritating since the bonus points is going on this week...

I've used this app for a few years now and it worked fine. They did something to it a month ago and it crashes immediately upon launching it. I can't redeem offers, I can't accrue points, I can't even look at the menu or find another location. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, nope didn't fix it.
