I can't register my baby cook neo. It asks for a postcode only allowing me to enter numbers. I am located in Canada where we use letters and numbers for our postal code. I purchased this from Buy Buy Baby Canadian store yet it won't let me enter a Canadian postal code to register the product... I get 5 years warranty if I register.

Super buggy. Will not let me register my device, says the bar code is incorrect after scanning and recognizing it. Now will not even let me log in. Also glass bowl from babycook neo exploded in the sink while we were rinsing it, after only a couple months of use. Tried to call customer service dozens of times, they never pick up. Sent an email a few days ago, no response whatsoever. So far whole experience with Beaba is terrible.

When it was working it was great. I haven't been able to log in or create a new account for weeks. Please fix! I need to have some meat recipes now that my son is old enough for them!!!

Can not log in at all! I bought the babycook together with the recipes in this app, but if I can not log in then what's the point!?

You can't even create an account in this app, which is required to use the app. The Next button is always disabled on the screen where you enter your email. Totally useless.

Unable to create an account to use the app. There is some kind of bug on step two of registration. Very frustrating
