But doesn't factor in food or period of drinking. E.g., whether you had 3 drinks over 4 hours with dinner vs. 2 shots & a beer all at once on an empty stomach. I do like the "over limit" alarm.

Awesome for a free version, and the paid version isn't even that much so I reckon it'll be my first purchased app. Had fun tracking my calculated BAC minute-to-minute (even if it isn't 100% accurate) :)

but at least doesn't sell your personal data including your career as drunkard.

This app works OK for now but I'll probably replace it with something that lets me enter WHEN I had a drink. I had 3 beers 2 hours ago. This app only calculates from the moment you use the app.

About this app

Ever been at the pub and wondered if you've had a few too many? Well now you can get a pretty good idea using the ALCulator. The ALCulator s a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) Estimator.
The ALCulator was written for myself to save me having to do my beer math in my head when I was the designated driver. I have been happily using it for several months now and I have decided to share my efforts with the rest of the android community for less than the price of a beer. Of course I do not recommend you use this app for such purposes, and take no responsibility for any decisions you make after you have had a few drinks. The ALCulator uses your gender and weight to determine an approximate BAC based on what drinks you have added. The application automatically determines what drinks are currently contributing to your BAC so you just need to add each drink as you start drinking. The application comes with a default set of generic drink types and sizes, but these can be modified to suit your drinking habits.
Note that the FREE version functions the same as the paid version but does not allow you to maintain drink types and sizes or view session graphs.

New features

Removed "Imperial Entanglement" so correct units are now displayed for Drink Size.
