Great experience for adult ear infection, meds were sent to pharmacy immediately. Accurate diagnosis and ear infection cleared up in a few days. 3☆ due to me not being able to follow up with doc on the app it's not letting me click on select a contact nothin opens up. I have the latest version and no wifi issues. I need to ask a follow up question about the meds and cant such a turn off.

Waited two hours then my visit automatically canceled, twice ! Two days later, still no doc. Goes from 6 patients left back up to 12 patients left. Plushcare is an older an maybe more experienced online company.
