Constantly losses bluetooth and wifi connection, when it connects to wifi. I have a Thermoworks temp monitor and prefer it for both connectivity and a temp graph to monitor your cook.

This is an edited review since the update on the app that was released 4-27-21. After I contacted customer serv, they responded quickly and advised of the update to the app. I came home and downloaded the firmware update and everything is good. I didn't give 5 stars because the app should've never been allowed to get that quirky and I'm not sure the problem is perm fixed. But I'm happy to be able to log into wifi and see/adjust my controller from anywhere.

Everytime I try to log in shuts down the app... haven't even had a chance to use the Ultra Q do to this problem...

To modify my less than stellar review. BBQ guru updated the application and it appears to be working again. Thanks . I love using the ultra q. It makes smoking easy.

Disconnects constantly & no notifications! Paid a lot of money for an ultraq. The unit is so flawed. The app is even worse. Very unsatisfied.
