telematic app had stopped working.I was told that Toyota was upgrading systems but without any prior information on downtime to the users. Never experienced such a lousy experience from a Japanese brand. Now that telematics app is back online- yet again no information shared with customers that app is working again or if customers should bring vehicle back for any upgrades etc. App works but remote start doesn't. Extremely disappointed with Telematics / Toyota. Lousy service providers.

The units for imperial system not metric system. I have checked some of the comments and responses. I have to change my phone interface completely to Arabic to get correct metric system! This not good idea to do. Please fix this to be in app options. Also when choosing to start the car to cool the AC will not work the engine will start without AC, I have to keep the AC on before turning the engine off. So when will start the AC will start.

I have enjoyed this app and have used the many features such as remote engine start ,locate vehicle , battery level check ect .. highly recommended for those who want stay connected always with your car and start the Aircon remotely so that while you reach your car it's already cool and comfy in those hot summer afternoons .

I was led from the old my drive app to this new app. But after downloading the screen would not move beyond the beyond the seyup step, even after you click Accept. Not.sure what to do.

Very Good app.. Shows the entire trip history and driving style... Lot of scope for improvement though good initiative from Toyota...
